The Rx Coaching Program​

I’ve formulated a prescription (Rx) to help you get to the next level in your life by clarifying who you want to be; what you want to do; how you want to feel. Throughout your coaching program, we create actions you will take and behaviors we can change to make that a reality.

Your Rx is an actionable plan for personal goals, self development, and clear identity and purpose to determine where to spend your time, energy and focus in order to release limiters, change mindset, adjust behavior and be more successful, fulfilled and happy.

We’ll assess your current state in each of these areas to determine where to focus on changing mindset and behaviors throughout the coaching program.

Using the Hogan Assessment and the LVC Inner Work Intake, we will uncover and clarify the areas where you have incredible strength and areas you will focus on for self development.

We will discuss your professional goals, work style and purpose, and how all of these fit together with your personal goals and identity.

Inner work is at the center of everything we do. It helps us determine who we want to be, what we want to do and how we want to feel. For actions we take in each of the other components to reach our goals, we circle back to inner work to assess the outcomes and make adjustments where needed for success.

1. Assessing Your
Current State

The Hogan Assessment

The Hogan helps us understand our unique ‘personality and workstyle DNA’, essentially the components that help us grow in our awareness and emotional intelligence.

You will gain a deeper understanding of your strengths, development areas, and values - coming away armed with tools to more deeply connect to what drives you and create strategies to leverage strengths or overcome behavior that can get in the way of success both personally and professionally.

The LVC Intake Assessment

The Intake highlights areas most known psychologically to impact high performance. Understanding where our mindset holds us back or limits us gives us the ability to accelerate actions and utilize mindset reprogramming for rapid transformation and successful results.

2. Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)

Rapid Transformational Therapy gets to the root cause of the limiters identified through the Hogan and Intake Assessments, removes negative beliefs and reprograms the brain to new thinking aligned with your goals.

It is a unique methodology based on the science of neuroplasticity and combines the most beneficial principles in Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Neuroscience.

RTT can help you relieve stress, anxiety and fear, or install a positive mindset (confidence, motivation) to assist you to perform at your best, say goodbye to discouragement and guilt, and hello to confidence and an abundance mindset. Trying to lose weight or get healthier? RTT is an excellent tool for Health, Nutrition and Motivation.

After your RTT session, you’ll receive a custom recorded meditation that you’ll listen to for 15-20 min each night for 28 days to reinforce your new mindset.

3. Individual Coaching Sessions

With clarity on your current state, strengths, motivators and a renewed energy from breaking through what’s been holding you back, we will define your goals and put a plan in action with intentional time management techniques.

Sessions are customized to your goals and are designed to help you change your behaviors to align with your new mindset for success.
