For example, when leaders come to me for help with executive presentations, we're going to cover the tactical actions that go into creating an impactful presentation, including content, length and structure. We also focus on presenting with confidence, authenticity and all of the "stuff" behind the presentation and presenter that make it a success.
Over ~30 years in Human Resources, I've developed a methodology to help executives achieve next level leadership skills and professional success goals while increasing mental fitness for greater fulfillment.

In the assessment phase, we’ll start by assessing your skills, capabilities and experience to enhance your emotional awareness and assess what you want to accomplish. This will help us create clarity to focus on the ideal plan for your personal and professional development, both in terms of where your strengths are and when the limiting beliefs or derailers may be triggered.
We also assess your mindset by understanding what limiting beliefs may be holding you back like: imposter syndrome, low self confidence, lack of identity or social anxiety. We work on eliminating self sabotage on these negative mindset behaviors and reprogram the brain to a more positive and optimistic energy to achieve high performance.
GOALS + ACTION PLANS
The goals and action plans phase is about first clearly defining ‘what’ you want to achieve and then ‘how’ by identifying the behaviors you will need to leverage to get you there.
This is where we will work together to create strategies to help you overcome any blocks to success, or dial up or down behaviors necessary for success in each situation.
MINDSET, MOTIVATION + ENERGY
Utilizing the increase in emotional intelligence and mindfulness, having worked through the coaching model and knowing clearly what success looks like, and proactively changing behavior or mindset so one can respond vs. react, mindset and motivation will help you accelerate changes in your mind to increase your ability to make these actions come to life.
The truth is that mindset has everything to do with perspective. Our foundational beliefs, what we experienced from birth, attitudes and biases naturally affect the way we process information and experience the world around us. Having an optimistic mindset increases the likelihood of formulating a winning perspective and achieving long term success.
