Diets are focused on changing our behaviors. The food we eat, the amount we exercise, our habits. But they fail to address the root causes of why we behave the way we do, so they can't shift our mindset and we fall back into old patterns.

90 Days to the New You

 

Session 1 (90 minutes)

  • During the first 1-on-1 session, we'll focus on shifting away from food as negative and dieting as a lifestyle
     

  • After your session, you’ll receive a customized recording that you’ll listen to for 15-20 min each night for 28 days to reinforce your new mindset.
     

Session 2 (90 minutes)

  • During the second 1-on-1 session, we'll focus on changing the way you think about food, eating, and taking care of yourself
     

  • After your session, you’ll receive a customized recording that you’ll listen to for 15-20 min each night for 28 days to reinforce your new mindset.

Session 3 (90 minutes)

  • During the third 1-on-1 session, we'll focus on moving to food for health, losing weight easily, no interest in eating except for nutrition, no longer thinking about food, excited about working out, drinking water, being peaceful, happy
     

  • After your session, you’ll receive a customized recording that you’ll listen to for 15-20 min each night for 28 days to reinforce your new mindset.
