If you're like me, you probably lost count a long time ago. I tried everything, but nothing seemed to stick.

I felt terrible about my body and even worse about myself.  This consumed my mind and would even take over how I felt about going to events or going out with friends.

In 2020, at 50 years old, I told myself I was done putting myself through this anymore.  I needed help and not another weight loss program.  The more research I did, the more I realized I may have more than a weight loss issue.  I realized that this had moved into a disordered eating issue with emotional, binge and restriction eating tendencies and these unhealthy patterns that had been going on since I was just 12 years old.  

Through further research, I found Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). RTT is a therapy that focuses on getting to the cause, the root and the reason of where this idea came from, why do I use food when I am emotionally triggered, and why it stemmed from childhood. The result after 3 sessions all made sense and my results have been amazing. I'm healthier. I'm happier. I feel good about myself.

Diets are focused on changing our behaviors. The food we eat, the amount we exercise, our habits. But they fail to address the root causes of why we behave the way we do, so they can't shift our mindset and we fall back into old patterns. Sometimes these patterns have been built for years.

2. Assess important factors like your values and level of satisfaction in other areas of life.

3. Understand how your emotions affect your relationship with food.

After your RTT session, you'll receive a customized hypno meditation recording to assist in your Mindshift. You’ll listen once a day for 28 days or whenever you feel the need.
