Executive Coaching Process
AsI kick off a new assignment with a client, the Longview Methodology starts with a full current state assessment utilizing tools like the Hogan Assessment to fully help the client and I undaerstand their personality and work style to increase their emotional intelligence.
We also assess mindset by understanding what limiting beliefs may be holding them back like: imposter syndrome, low self confidence, lack of identity or social anxiety. We work on eliminating self sabotage on these negative mindset behaviors and reprogram the brain to a more positive and optimistic energy to achieve high performance.
